Diary

 

2. Please download a diary and fill it in as shown below. Please bring it along with you during each visit or scan and email before your online consultation.

Points to bear in mind:

​

Please regard the numbers on the left as dates and start filling on the date you start your medication.

R is for Roaccutane - one tick for each Roaccutane (two ticks for 2 capsules)

P is for Prednisone. - one cross for each prednisone (two crosses for 2 tablets).

Add an asterisk every time you start a new box of 60.

Blood Form

 

You will need the following blood tests: AST, ALT, Bilirubin,  Triglyceride, Cholesterol levels, at start of treatment, in one month and at the end of treatment.

The forms will be emailed to you the day after your consultation. If you do not automatically receive these, please phone 031 265 1505 to discuss.

The tests need to be taken fasting (no eating or drinking from 10pm the previous evening).

The tests are performed at the beginning, after one month and at the end of your treatment.

Consent form​

All females are required to fill in consent form which will be emailed to you.

​

Your weight

​

Please provide your weight in order to calculate the dosage of your medication.

​

What next?

​

Please phone the rooms for your blood test results 3 days after having it taken (or contact the rooms by email - skinspec@iafrica.com).

​

Please provide your email address to the staff to receive your prescription.

 

Please make your follow up appointment with the staff.
