CANDIDA ANTIGEN GALLERY

Candida Antigen Immunotherapy is a novel treatment for viral warts requiring injection of a single wart (usually the first or largest wart). The wart is injected once a month for three months. If successful, all the warts usually disappear, without residual scarring. The treatment is successful in 70% of patients.

Candida antigen is now no longer available in South Africa and has been replaced with Tuberculin antigen which produces the same results.
